Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) has signed a strategic and franchising partnership with Cenomi Centers to expand the Westfield brand to Saudi Arabia. Under the 10-year agreement (with an option to extend for a further 10 years), Cenomi Centers will exclusively license the Westfield brand and rebrand up to 8 of its centres across the Kingdom. The partnership will focus initially on flagship destinations in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam — with URW providing support in leasing, operations, marketing, and retail media.
