The board of directors of Arabian Centers Company (Cenomi Centers) announced on 19 June 2025 the appointment of Fawaz bin Abdulaziz Alhokair as Chairman of the Board (non-executive member), Salman bin Abdulaziz Alhokair as Deputy Chairman (non-executive member), and Engineer Kamil Badi Al-Qalam as Managing Director (executive member). The board also formed its audit, nomination, and remuneration committees for the current term.
