Infrastructure Investments

Fawaz Alhokair’s infrastructure businesses form the structural backbone of the Group’s integrated ecosystem, spanning construction contracting, real estate development, renewable energy, digital infrastructure, and facility management. By owning the capability to design, build, and operate the physical and digital environments in which the Group’s brands work, the Group has built a self-reinforcing model that reduces third-party dependency and accelerates delivery. From delivering over two million square metres of commercial space to building datacenter infrastructure and generating renewable energy at scale, these businesses are as much about shaping the Kingdom’s future as supporting the Group’s own growth.
